Impact Physiotherapy are a Nottingham and Derby based physiotherapy company who are keeping us up and running (as it were) They have very kindly offered their services for a full-body MOT and regular contact to keep everything working as it should. With many years of experience between them and lots of elite level sporting experience they are an excellent and hugely welcome addition to the ride! They also offer a weekly sports pilates class to help men and women get a better level of control for their body – and we can absolutely and thoroughly endorse this class as being worthwhile (if rather hard to start off!)
